Automatic, periodic inspection, lubricating, adjusting and cleaning of your heating and cooling system keeps it running at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they can cause trouble.

TRAINED TECHNICIANS :

Competent, trained, dependable staff of experts will perform service on your equipment when necessary. Our technicians are trained and certified by the leading manufacturers in our industry.

PREFERRED TREATMENT :

Should you need emergency service, our PREFERRED SERVICE POLICY customers are given PREFERRED treatment when they do have a problem. We service our POLICY holders FIRST.

PLANNED BUDGET :

Fixed cost allows budgeting in advance for maintenance service, labor and parts. One charge, NO hidden expenses.

LONGER PRODUCT LIFE :

It is a known fact that regular maintenance and service on mechanical equipment prolongs its life. It also keeps the equipment at peak efficiency.

SAFETY :

Periodic maintenance ensures units are operating safety.

CHOICE OF PROGRAM :

You select the POLICY that best suits you and your equipment. Select from three different PLANS- Gold, Silver or Bronze.

Our highly trained staff of experts know their business. Feel at east knowing that AIRTECH has made major investments in training, tools, trucks and campers to assure our PREFERRED SERVICE POLICY customers prompt and efficient service at a minimum cost.

GOLD SERVICE PLAN

Planned Maintenance: Two Maintenance calls each year, one each heating and cooling season.

Purpose: to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair (no repairs are made without your approval), to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency.

Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a breakdown, our own service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers first.

Free Labor for the Life of the Policy: There is no charge for any labor to repair the unit or replace parts.

Replacement or Repair of Parts: At least 24 different parts and controls will be replaced or repaired if needed.

Accessory Coverage: Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, and programmable thermostats may be covered under the Gold Service Plan for an additional charge.

* The compressor, heat exchanger, coils or electric heat elements will be replaced at no charge ONLY when covered by manufacturer's warranty. If repair falls out of warranty period, there will be a charge. Occasional circuit breaker tripping caused by fluctuation of power supply cannot be covered by this policy.

SILVER SERVICE PLAN

Planned Maintenance: Two Maintenance calls each year, one each heating and cooling season.

Purpose: to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair (no repairs are made without your approval), to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency.

Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a breakdown, our own service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers first.

Labor for One Year: You only pay for parts and materials needed to repair your unit, supplied by Airtech.

Accessory Coverage: Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, and programmable thermostats may be covered under the Gold Service Plan for an additional charge.

BRONZE SERVICE PLAN

Planned Maintenance: Two Maintenance calls each year - one each heating and cooling season.

Purpose: to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval); to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency.

Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a breakdown, our own service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers first.

Discount on Repairs: When you become an Airtech Preferred Service Policy holder, you are entitled to a I5% discount on labor and parts for repairs,

Reduced Diagnostic/Trip Charge: When you become an Airtech Preferred Service Policy Holder, you are entitled to a $59 00 reduced rate.

Accessory Coverage: Dehumidifiers, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, media filters, and programmable thermostats may be covered under the Gold Service Plan for an additional charge.
